We do it with the least amount of friction.

We use an SMS bot to ask you a question regarding your location. It is the absolute minimum information we need, to decide when to send you a message. We do not even ask you for your name.

We also use a pharmacist facing platform called ShrinkMan to enable pharmacies to record the number of unused doses and the expiry date.

When the pharmacist posts the availability of unused doses, our platform reads that data and sends a TXT message with instructions to the people closest to that pharmacy. The pharmacy does not get any information about you. You would then contact the pharmacy, reserve the dose, and reach the clinic to receive it before it expires.

Basically, we manage a standby list of people that can present to a pharmacy at a moment's notice. You can exit the list anytime.
